Refund Policy

Any and all REFUNDS for this payment service are to be conducted through Kembles Estates Accounts Team and not through TakePayments. Upon cleared TakePayments funds Kembles Estates will refund by company cheque within 30 days if a payment is investigated and seen as been made in error. To cancel a payment please call 01302 95 44 95 or email info@kemblesestates.co.uk. Please ensure you include your name, the property address, and option selected in any correspondence. Please note all transactions take approximately 3- 10 working days to clear and until all funds are cleared no refunds can be given during this time.
